ORATOIRE ST MARTIN

With Oratoire Saint-Martin considered the best site in the appellation of Cairanne, the excitement of Mont-Redon's Pierre Fabre at recently acquiring it cannot be overstated. The appellation itself was recently elevated to Cru status. The Domaine has been farmed organically since the 1990s, biodynamically since the 2000s. Under former owners the Alary brothers, winemaking was very low intervention (read 'natural'), a philosophy that Pierre is excited to continue and explore.
